Training Facilities Rooms located at 1 Science Park Drive, PSB Science Park Building are available for public booking. Usage of these training facilities rooms are subject to rental charges as follows :-

Guidelines on use of Facilities:

1. The training facilities rooms are open for booking from 9 am to 10 pm

2. The standard sessions for booking of the training facilities rooms are :-
 

Session Time
AM 9.00 am to 12.00 noon
PM 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm
Evening 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm


3. Users are allowed to set up room half an hour before the event (i.e. at 8.30am, 1.30pm or 6.30pm). Users may indicate such request under Item 10 "Booking For" Section of the Booking Form.

4. Users may also request for earlier set-up time outside the standard half hour allocated or extend usage of the room beyond the standard hours. Such requests also have to be indicated under Item 10 " Booking For " Section of the Booking Form. Additional charges of S$80.00 per hour (Charges would be computed based on a half hourly blocks) will be imposed.

5. Users must indicate their AV or other requirements under the "Remarks" Column of the Form.

6. The standard AV equipment available in the Training / Conference Facilities are as follows:-

** All facilities rooms are equipped with LCD Projector. Usage of the LCD Projector is chargeable as follows :-
S$50.00 per set-up per room during office hours (Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm)
S$100.00 per set-up per room after office hours
To request for usage of the LCD Projector, User has to indicate under Item 11 of the Booking Form

7. For additional AV equipment and services, the following charges apply :-

Portable LCD Projector with Portable White Screen $100/usage/room Applicable to da Vinci only
Portable Video Camera (Inclusive of Video Cassette) + Manpower Fee $150/usage/room + $20.00/hour -
Overhead Projector with Portable White Screen $30/usage/room Applicable to da Vinci only
Portable VCD Player $30/usage/room -
Portable Projector White Screen $30/usage/room Applicable to da Vinci only


8. For additional training aids or services, the following charges apply :-
