Talent Recognition & Reward

At TÜV SÜD PSB, we nurture a performance-driven culture which identifies and rewards both performance and potential. Both quantitative and qualitative measures are used to ensure a well-balanced assessment. Performance is assessed regularly and rewards are made based on performance ratings.

Informal recognition and awards are also encouraged. Our three-tiered 3P award scheme gives prompt and regular recognition to staff or teams who have lived up to our core values or who have 'gone the extra mile' in their work.
