This issue marks a major milestone for TÜV SÜD
Asia Pacific in that, after several months of preparation,
we finally completed our ISO 9001:2000 certification
audit on 26 March 2007. This means that we now have the
infrastructure and systems in place to reinforce our quality
guarantee to customers.
The ISO 9001:2000 certification, awarded by a well known
New Zealand Certification Body, Telarc SAI Limited,
helps us standardise our processes and business controls
to ensure that we provide the best direction, targets and
support to every operating area of our organisation. It also
helps us ensure that we are able to deliver consistently
reliable solutions to customers in alignment with our
corporate mission of "Choose Certainty. Add Value".
On another note, our PSB Academy has moved into its
brand new Delta campus which will officially open on
May 11 2007. Equipped with the latest technologies and
learning aids, it is designed to deliver the best academic
and corporate development programmes, in line with
the Academy's mission to provide “Learning for the Real
World” through current and practical applications.
Backing such initiatives, our reputation for reliability and
professionalism continues to define our efforts in raising
the bar on business excellence.
